Right hand strength – should be boosting your critical chance by 15%, have no effect at all. I’ve checked mace, sword and scepter, tried with offhand and without none changes the critical chance stat. Also tried if it was just a missing tooltip but i havent seen any change in critical strikes.
Perfect inscriptions – checked all the sigils and:
Bane signet – instead of boosting passive power bonus, it boosts the active damage by a tiny bit and increases the knockdown duration by 1 sec
Signet of judgment – no change in passive, boosts the retaliation duration by 5 sec on active
In the rest of signets there was no change at all i have checked both the tooltips and change in stats if possible.
Anyone else have same problems or is it just me?
