Although the staff recharge is changed, there is no change in boon duration while wielding a staff.

It does work. Tried it.

If you use #3 on staff without trait it lasts 15 sec at the end (you see 15 but its 16).

If you use #3 on staff with trait it lasts 19 sec at the end (you see 19 but its 20).

It doenst work on other boons, like fury, might et.c and the mention #3 staff that give ya swiftness is totally buged, I gained up to 30 sec duration on one cast.

Edit: That was we when I stand in the symbol tho, that might be correct, the boon seams to give u new boost every sec.

Because of the pulses of the symbol … if you stay inside of it you stack swiftness.
