Just wondering. It seems to me that on all other characters, blink skills do not proc if the new “no valid path to target” message pops up. e.g. thief shortbow 5 & shadow step, mesmer blink, elementalist lightning flash.
Can we get the same thing for guardian’s Judges Intervention. I understand the need to have the no valid path to target patch introduced. But if I’m trying to escape or otherwise gap close and that message comes up, I don’t want to have to wait 36/45 seconds to be able to use the skill again …

Thief shortbow 5 sometimes proc, sometimes not. This whole new no proc on “no valid path to target” seems to be random/bugy.
