Guardian Trait - Perfect Inscriptions bugged

already tested this trait and we have information about it on the guardian compilation thread, if you want you can check it out and post w/e new info you have.
The trait in the radiance tree, trait number 12 is not currently working or giving any improvement to signets.
Perfect Inscriptions – Signet Passive effects are Improved.
There is no improvement or change when you select this trait.
