Guild Wars 2

Hi.

The Guardian shield #4 is still unslip between PvP and PvE, the duration of protection is only 3 seconds in PvP.

Also, the #5 dome is only during 2 seconds, unlike the duration of the tooltip (4 seconds).

bump for the #5 dome, bugged for the last 6 months or so.

The shield #4 is working as intended, although its bad designed its not a bug, its just a balance issue (I dont think they said they were gonna unsplit that).
