Description of “Signet of Resolve”:
Passive: Cures a condition every ten seconds.
Active: Heal yourself.
I’ve noticed that this skill does not cure a condition at all. I’ve had only one condition (poison, if it matters) on me for a duration of thirty seconds and it was never removed.
