Guardian using Tome of Courage
Are you certain? The wiki states that the “Tome of Courage” skill was replaced with the “Signet of Courage” skill in the June 23, 2015 game update. No person should be able to use a skill that no longer exists.

Absolutely – 100 % sure!
I was testing alot of stuff, with a low dps high heal guardian – and suddently he pops his book.
Trying to replicate it now, so i can post a screenshot – but its really hard not to kill he before he pops his elite.
