Guild Bank
… This is not a bug unless all of the following is true and you cannot still access it. Easy way to see is to look at guild’s current upgrades and see if Guild Stash is there.
The guild you are representing has to research it. and to research it, the guild will have to research a couple things before that, and you have to be given the rights to do so by the guild leader via the ranks.

forgot to mention try stand down and represent again, change chars, re-zone etc. But do check guild upgrades again and be sure it’s still there as well.
You may want to double check your ranking within the guild. If you are the lowest rank, you may not have permission to access the guild bank until you are promoted to a higher rank.
I have this problem aswell. My newly made hero can access the guild bank without a problem, while my veteran hero can’t (he used to but now can’t for almost a week).
This is definitely a bug.
I have a guild, I have the access rights, I have tried unrespresent/represent.

it is indeed a bug introduced in the last patch, i reported it a few days ago.
I am a leader of our guild, therefore have full permissions and we have researched the guild stash upgrade. Other non-officers can view the guild bank, but me and the other leader cannot as we are told by the guild bank NPC that ‘your guild has not researched blah blah’

now i have the same issue on the newest patch :/ i have permissions, and i am in the guild and representing, but the npc says im not even in a guild. the gm tried to fix it, but no luck. sigh
sorry for posting on this issue that late, but me and my Guild Leader playing around with this issue over a week now. I am in a different world and learned that this would give me no access. Now i was told if i join in his world and got permissions it should work, but it doesnt. Do i have to move to his world to get access to our Guild Vault?
