Guild Bank Out of Order
Have you posted your CS Ticket number(s) in the Account Support Sticky for review?
You are aware each new ticket for the same issue sends it to the back of the queue?

I’ve tried it twice and each time they closed the ticket.
They don’t close tickets when posting in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’. That is a thread that the CS Team Lead answers. I’ve looked through your posting history; there are no posts in the ‘Tickets for Review’ Sticky, nor even any posts in Account Support.
What did CS say in your tickets before closing? If they said to post the issue in the Bugs sub-forum, then you will just have to wait for the QA Team to address it, as the CS Team has no tools for that issue. If you are submitting ‘reports’ in-game, those are not tickets, but merely Bug Reports, and as the Bug Report window indicates, will garner no response.
It’s not like the issue keeps you from using the Guild bank. Have you tried a -repair of the client?

If you are unaware of the procedure to open a ticket, it’s: Top/Bottom of this Page – Click on the ‘Support’ link – Click on the ‘Submit a Request’ link in the upper right – fill out the web-form, and be sure to choose an option from each drop-down menu

Tickets are for account issues more than anything, but we ARE supposed to report bugs here.
I have been scolded for putting in tickets rather than putting issues here first.
