Guild Wars 2

I wanted to withdraw an item from the Guild Bank and it disappeared from the bank, but it didn’t appear in my inventory… (it was a rare l80 heavy chest armor) So I tried another item (luckily just a green rifle) that didn’t appear either…

What gives?! I tried relogging, didn’t work, I’ve been waiting half an hour for them to appear in my inventory, still nothing.

I’ve had this happen before with a stack of Medallion. It was back in the guild bank the next day but in my case I was in the process of putting it back into the bank.
