Guild Wars 2

So my guild tried to complete some guild bounties, we were able to do one, but the rest, the npc’s were just standing still. They would teleport away and be where would normally be distance wise from you if they were walking. You cannot interact with them to start the bounty because they’re not really where you see them.

Can confirm. Bounties, and WvWvW supply line escort Guild Mission do not work.

Same issue. Teleporting NPC’s that otherwise stand still when you come across them. Ironically, Brekkabek’s bear would actually move the path as per usual, but that doesn’t really help all too much when Brekkabek is bugged.
