Guild Bounty no Merit Points & No Chest
We completed Guild Bounty tier 1 today, for the first time this week, and received 0 merit points and no reward chest. The guild history says the Bounty Hunt was completed.
I recommend taking a screen shot of the guild’s history tab, filtered on “missions” and showing that no bounty was completed in the last 5 days. Submit a ticket to Customer Service to see what they can do.
I haven’t seen other guilds reporting the same issue, which means there’s a relatively narrow scope to the problem and the CS should be able to help troubleshoot.

No problem, on the day the incident occurred. Myself and others took a screenshot of the guild mission, in the G panel, showing it was completed. It also showed 0 merit points were rewarded and we did an ingame report via the game interface, with the screenshot. Also, Guild bounties are suppose to reset every 7 days according to wiki. Are you saying they change it to reset ever 5 days?
I just checked the Guild History, it believes we did a guild bounty 5 days ago but we didn’t. We only do Guild Bounties once every seven days. We never do Guild Missions on Mondays, so its like the guild history we have is false. Very odd but thank you.

“Once a week” isn’t quite the same as “once every seven days” or the strictly accurate “once until the next reset,” which takes place on Sunday midnight (server time).
Regarding the guild bounty on Monday…could someone have triggered it? It’s possible to “solo” bounties (esp if some other guild is ‘capturing’ the relevant target at the same time). Some guilds have officers who do a “make up” session mid-week and maybe one of yours took initiative without notifying anyone.
Anyhow, regardless of the circumstances, you have the right documentation to present to support. Hopefully, they can figure out what’s going on.

We just figured it out, there was a rare exception that we did one guild bounty on Saturday. We forgot about it throughout the week, so the error was on my part. My mistake and thank you for your help.
