Guild Wars 2

Guys i was in other guild and i was leveling and i got level 80 so i wanted to create mine. I created writed name Tag etc everything and i started representing my guild. So now im leader and i can just invite i cant do nothing and i mleader. I cant change what officer can do or leader can do all things in guild. I cant upgrade. Btw if needed im playing on Underworld (European server)

Also to mention im in WvW while doing this is that affecting somehow?

seams to be a bug for alot of ppl even for leaders that have had there guild for a few weeks now just randomally cant upgrade add or edit anything in there guild. i personally cant use guild bank upgrade with my enflunce points or edit my banner kinda getting old tbh. some ppl have said that in certain zones they do have some access.
like in Lions arch i can use guild bank but cant use it anywere else says i dont have a guild >.> lol maybe try different zones or even an overflow server you might get lucky and be able to adjust a few things.
