Guild Wars 2

There were two items building pre-patch They should both have completed about an hour ago.
Both items are still showing in the queue, but one item is showing with a full progress bar but not completed and the other is showing as not even started.
What is happening?

Having the same problem, it’s been stuck at 0:00 all day, and it isn’t letting me queue up anything else, nor does it acknowledge the upgrade.

Also having the same issue, must be something ANET can do. My last one took 2 days to train, so I don’t even want to touch it. Which makes my guild upgrades useless right now.
