Sometimes, new members who just joined are unable to see or type in the guild chat.

Leaving and joining again doesn’t fix it.
Sometimes, going invisible and then back to online allow them to type in guild chat but still not able to see guild chat.
Chat option for guild is enabled.

Make sure they have ticked the appropriate box(es) for each Guild in the chat menu drop-down next to the ‘Guild’ option.
