Guild Wars 2

So whenever i try to talk in guild chat nothing comes up on my screen, however the people in my guild can hear me?
I definitely am talking in the right chat box and am viewing the messages from my guild, though nothing comes up
Any idea on how to fix this?

When setting up Guild Chat, make sure to tick the Guilds you wish to chat with in the drop-down menu accessed to the right of ‘Guild’ in the Chat options. I noticed in the video, the player checked Guild, but did not open the drop-down menu to the right and check his/her Guild.

Also, make sure your character is not playing in ‘Invisible’ mode.
