Guild Wars 2

Please i need some help out here trying to figure out what happened to my guild, i already reported the issue in game, my guild seems to be deleted or i have no clue what happened to it, my account security its alright i havent had unusual logins from other IP and my accoutn is intact. Seems like there is a bug not displaying my guild but people tell me i dont even have a guildtag showing. I had over 20+ influence points, around 80 members and 12+ lvl80, we had all the perks in the Economy tab, almost all the perks from the Politics tab, many from the Architecture and none from the PVP.

Please ArenaNet, some answers would really be appreciated, my guild members are scared and am I, we have been working together since pre-start, and now the work seems gone.
We need our guild back!

Nope, it seems the old guild bug is back where some guilds have issues. This time it’s only some alts who can’t represent the guild or update guild stuff; last time it was much worse (like yours) – our guild was gone for some, we couldn’t get influence and most new members couldn’t join for days. Hope they’ll fix it with the next patch.

i really hope they fix the problem as soon as posible, cant afford to lose my guild, after all those tome of influence and endless effort of getting all the perks up and running!
i would really like some response from their side, i havent read or seen anything from them regarding this situation and im going crazy

Any response on this will be apreciated! All the members of the guild are / could be on the believe that they got kicked from the guild. It’s really hard to track them or inform them all of what’s going on.

Wayward Warriors located on Sorrow’s Furnace is experiencing the same issue as of 9/11/2012. Still waiting to hear from the guild leader but so far all the members I have spoken to are saying they are no longer shown as guild members. So the guild seems to be completely deleted…….lovely.

This has happened to my guild as well.
Checking with several other members, to all of them it appears as if they are not in a guild anymore.
Most people have lost their Guild tag, but I was told that for my character
it does not show the guild name but I do have the brackets showing []

For guilds that are wishing to progress and build themselves stronger, the game has been poor about it from opening.
For the first week we had many guild members that could not Represent… several that were joined, but to did not see the guild roster themselves (and therefore could not represent)… and now the whole guild is gone.

I had exactly same problem as you guys
Our guild had about 450 ish member, and the guild just vanished at 9/11 while we were doing WvWvW
Some people observed that the guild chat was lagged a bit before the guild disappeared
And then there are people logging in and was seeing that they are all the only one in the guild, but guild chat was somewhat working
After that, all the guild member’s tag changed from SoS to Inc
and then, when re-logged, poof, guild’s gone
We are the largest guild on Kaineng, and I’m sure alot of other guilds can testify for that our guild existed.

PS: wait, just realized, is this another terrorist attack? xD

Same thing with my guild. Logged in this morning to find our entire guild gone. I am the guild leader so I know it wasn’t disbanded. I also did not change our home world. It was fine last night before bed, but gone this morning..

Would love to hear a response from Anet, at least acknowledging this as a problem that they are working on resolving.

So its day 2 and im still guildless, Anet is playing hide n seek and we are all worried.
Filling their mails with reports isnt helping neither

It’s a long thread but I know that issues like this are one of primary focuses that they are trying to fix. I would post the problem there.
