(Don’t have a guild hall yet, so this could be a silly question, but…) Has anyone in your guild been removing them from the vault? Also, doesn’t Guild Scribe potentially use those materials?

Did you check the history to see if you actually deposit them? Also ( I am not sure how it works) as far as I know the scribe uses guild vault mats? Maybe they been used to craft something?

If your “400 linseed oils” were put into the Treasury (and not the stash/trove/deep cave), then perhaps your guild succeeded in an upgrade and made use of them — a step which does not seem to be documented in the history. (The fact of a successful build is documented; the resources used are not.)

I’d double check what upgrades your guild pushed through and check what mats were required for them at each buildings foreman. You’d be surprised what we need Linseed Oil for.

Scribes use their own pool of materials from personal bank and only use Decorations in your Guilds storage, so that’s not it.

Once they are in the treasury no one else can access them and they’re only for Hall Upgrades, are you sure you put them into the treasury?
