Guild Wars 2

About four days ago my guild transferred from Fort Aspenwood to Northern Shiverpeaks. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems with guild features.

- I am unable to queue upgrades unless in WvW.

-The upgrades that I do queue in WvW, and are subsequently completed, do not work. For example: the guild upgrade screen shows that the guild is able to create/modify a guild emblem, but the appropriate selection to do that is not available at the guild registrar NPC.

-Influence bonuses granted by guild members are NOT applied to the guild.

-Purchases made from the guild influence NPC do not work. The money is deducted from the player but no corresponding item is placed in the inventory, received in the mail or automatically applied to the guild’s influence.

-I also sent in a ticket regarding the gold lost in the above matter asking for either a refund of the gold or being properly granted the influence items, and received this reply:

While I would like to replace your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace influence items in the manner that you are describing. We simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.

I have to ask: why bother responding at all? If you can’t help by even refunding lost gold during a transaction with a NPC, what good is customer service?

When you switched servers, did you lose any upgrades? I just switched, and seem to have lost my bank.

The upgrades are server specific, so transferring will cause a loss of all upgrades from the old server. However, these upgrade/influence issues are on my current server.
