Guild Influence gifts not giving influence

Just downloaded the new build and it is applying the influence that i buy now ( just bought a small 1 to test it) but it hasn’t applied the ones we already used but did take our money.

Problem still not resolved. We spent a fair amount of gold on the influence and would really like some feedback.

Since this requires someone looking at specific accounts, you & your guildies will also want to create support tickets. (Use the “support” link at the top and choose “ask a question”)
That way, Support can take a look to see what’s going on and you’ll get an individual response.
Posting in this forum is good for the reporting of bugs, but not enough to determine whether adjustments can or should be made for any particular player.

You can only contact Customer Support outside the game to get a response. In-game reports are for bugs or unacceptable behavior and such. If you want CS to look at your specific issue, you will need to contact them through the Support site, or send an email.

Again, ‘creating a ticket’ in-game will not engender a response from Customer Support, or anyone else. If you want a personal response, you must create a ticket using the Support ticket interface (or email CS at support@guildwars2.com) outside the game.
