Now there’s only “Online” or “Unknown” …

I’m having the same issues with my guild

Same. Online or unknown.

It’s ALWAYS been online or unknown for me. I wasn’t aware anything was done to change anything before that!

It is bugged tonight it seems.

yea this is very annoying for guild leaders, and still unfixed

I’m getting the same thing as well. As soon as someone logs off, their status changes to “unknown” with no timer at all.

Same here, it’s not worked since the update

This isn’t just happening with Guild, its also randomly happening on my contact list with location for some people, both mutual contacts and non. I hope they get it fixed. Last online is a nice tool.. this unknown bug is just annoying :P

I came here checking on this…since the patch it only says online or unknown for us also. Before the last patch it worked great.

Any word on this yet? My guild is capped at 500 and it would be nice to know who I could prune to make room.

Same thing for us, broken since patch. The moment someone logs off, timestamp goes to “unknown”.
We are also capped at 500 so recruiting is effectively on hold since even though new people ask to join, we cannot judge who is inactive and to be removed.

This has been happening some time since the feature patch for us, unfortunately I didn’t note the exact point in time it started happening. It’s definitely been consistently the case since the latest patch, however.

Hope this will get fixed soon – it was a nice feature, and i was glad when it was put in. Too bad it didn’t last long.

We would use some feedback on this, it’s important to a lot of our guilds.

Please fix this. I’ve only noticed it happening on my contacts list for the past day, but it’s been the case for the guild for a while now…
