So, here’s some data bout the guild puzzles we (me and the guild I’m part of) have gotten during the last months:

october 30th: Langmar Estate
november 6th: Langmar Estate
november 20th: Langmar Estate
november 27th: no data
december 4th: Angvar’s Trove
december 11th: Langmar Estate
december 18th: Angvar’s Trove
december 23rd: no data
january 8th: Angvar’s Trove
january 15th: Langmar Estate
january 22nd: no data
january 28th: Proxemics Lab
february 4th: Langmar Estate
february 11th: Proxemics Lab
february 18th: Langmar Estate
february 25th: Langmar Estate
march 4th: Langmar Estate
march 11th: Langmar Estate
march 18th: Angvar’s Trove
march 25th: Langmar Estate
april 1st: Langmar Estate
april 8th: Langmar Estate
april 15th: Langmar Estate
april 22nd: Langmar Estate
april 29th: Langmar Estate

As you can see, it appears that the rng is heavily biased towards Langmar Estate. Especially during the last two months, where we pretty much got it every week (hence we don’t say “we’re gonna do a guild puzzle” anymore, but “we’re gonna do our weekly Langmar Estate”). It feels like it has been ages since I’ve seen any of the other guild puzzles. We already were joking this week about running it blindfolded (or half of us blindfolded) next week to spice things up.

Is this a bug with the rng? Or just a huge bunch of incredible, very unlikely coincidences? What about other guilds? Which puzzle(s) do you guys get?

Conversely, my guild seems to get Proxemics 90% of the time. I’ve also wondered if it’s slightly biased towards specific missions.

I wonder if it’s weighted to certain missions based on size of guild, amount of influence, number of merits, or something along those lines.

Then again, there’s not many choices. With so many guilds in the game that do weeklies, some are bound to be among outliers in getting primarily one mission repeatedly.
