If, by ‘reports’, you mean in-game Bug Reports, no response is forthcoming as indicated on the in-game Bug Report window.
If you mean Support Tickets, they can post their ticket numbers in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’, in the Account Support sub-forum.
