Guild Wars 2

I created a Guild and it seems as the guild leader i am unable to change permissions on ranks and they are all default off so i am unable to change ranks, promote members set message of day or spend points.

I can create a new rank but still unable to change permissions, did ask about in chat and it seems this is the case for most if not all.

any info on if this is a known bug or when this is to be addressed would be appreciated.

tried to stand down and represent? Or to press f12 and select your char again.

Had this issue in the first days (headstart) but it’s not a problem anymore for me
