Hello i have a problem concerning the Guild status “Unknown” ive notice that this is for people that havent logged in for a hile etc. But question is why Uknown status?

Well to the bugg:

Ive tryed to reach people that are Online and are in an Unknow state, they are not “representing” but all of them that has logged on had the unrepresenting status, so there is a problem in the codes there. And i cant reach then even if i wisper them or send ingame mail. Ive tryed to reach 20+ members in the same way, 0 response, so this is a bugg that need fixing. As our members wants to stay in the guild but i cant reach them.

Help pleace fix this its frustrating.

Well, one thing that happens (this isn’t necessarily what happens in your case) is the list will show online, but unknown, when someone logs into a linked GW1 account. You can’t contact them, but they show up as online.
