My personal guild has a total of 150 slots of guild bank. I’ve put a lot of T6 materials in there.

But it is inaccessible.

How am I suppose to approach this issue?

You’re on a new char. Go to the bottom of the guild tab and click the ‘Represent’ button. Whenever you make a new character they start off without representing any of the guilds your other chars are in. All of the guilds will be accessible to your account though. You have to click the ‘Represent’ button for each new char you make. Everything is working as inteded. have fun and Merry Christmas

However, I’m reping that guild, otherwise the guild name won’t display correctly on the title bar of “Guild” window.

In fact, when I rep the “Super Storage Of Machi” guild, the guild bank access is normal.

I’m having the exact same issue on my guild. None of my guild members can see the guild bank anymore. We had tons of stuff in it. Where did it go?

UPDATE: Evidently the bank works in all cities BUT Lions Arch.

Were you, by chance, in overflow?

As far as I can tell, I’m not on an overflow (it doesn’t show it as being on overflow).

As Pukka pointed out, the guild bank works at other places except Lion Arch. (I wasn’t in an overflow)

That is indeed weird.

Some communications issues between the various servers. This was fairly common at launch.

Having the same issue. None of my characters (8) can access my personal guild bank (other guild bank is fine) from LA and haven’t been able to since at least Monday. Have tried relogging, unrepping and rerepping, double-checked to make sure not in overflow, etc.
