Hi arena netsupport! Our guild members dont get reward from guild missions, they have other home server, but they guests on guild server, please fix it….

Recently we had a guild member with the same issue.

To fix it we ensured they guested on the guilds originating server (so as not to be a chapter of the guild), they were in a party with a member who was of the correct home server, AND had them “join” the correct map if needed.

There are sections in there called “Primary Articles” under “Upgrades” – I suggest you read each of the articles to get a clear understanding of how influence, buffs, and overall access to various guild related things like the guild vault are controlled in respect to home and cross-server instances.
