Guild Wars 2

Hello there!

Since the patch yesterday I’ve been getting the same problem over and over again with my guild chat. Whenever I waypoint to another map, doesn’t matter if it’s a city map or a normal map, my guild chat fully disappears. I can’t see what anybody writes, so I need to write in it myself before it activates again. But it doesn’t seem to help, because when I waypoint again ( to another map ) the whole guild chat progress is lost. This only affects the guild chat and not the other chats. Normal, map, party & whispers are still going.

Are there any more players with the same problem? Is there something you need to tick on the option menu? Or is it simply a bug?

In addition the text also disappears when you switch chat tabs …

This is happening to me too. Guild chat messages are showing up in my Main tab (/guild unchecked), the Guild tab isn’t blinking on new messages and all guild chat messages disappear if I change tabs and after every loading screen.

I commented about this in another post that seems to have disappeared. I set all of my chats to one tab for now, but guild chat still gets erased, even randomly (just waiting for teq and chatting to party/guild and the guild text disappears after a few minutes).

Ah ty for mentioning it in another post rhapsody, started to think that I was the only one A dev made a new post for all guild related bugs, so I’m going to post this issue there as well

Same problem. Chat messages are wiped if I switch chat windows & wp. Not sure what other bugs are lurking for me. As I’ve haven’t come across them (yet). But hopefully a solution comes to sort out these bugs.

I’m experiencing a similar problem and I’d report it in /bug, except that’s bugged too.

I keep guild and party chat in separate tabs. Whenever I change tabs away from anything other than the main tab, the tab clears.

They’ve probably received thousands of tickets by this point so they’re most likely aware of the problem. I’d say for now to just stick to the main tab if possible. It’s weird that I somehow have yet to experience this.

This is not normal i think thiis is a bug and so annoying…..
