Ever since the patch that originally broke the guild chat (you had to change you status to see it), the “Flash on unread messages” option has been broken for me. No matter how many times I uncheck and check it, the tab won’t flash red and stay white no matter how many new messages are there. Is there any way to fix this?
I’m having the same problem, but on only one tab. I have a tab for guild/party/whisper and one for map. If I’m on the guild tab, the map tab will light up red with new messages, but the guild tab never gives an indication of new messages when I’m on the map tab. Very frustrating.
I have the same problem. ANET does not respond to the ticket…. the wrong approach to players :O/
