Guild Wars 2

I’ve been trying to create a new guild for community stuff on my server (Ehmry Bay) but my ‘’ Create Guild’’ button is grayed out. I have created 2 guilds at the moment, one on launch day ( august 25th, 2012) and one a few months later for extra storage :P

Now, the wiki says that you can only create 2 guilds a week, not 2 guilds total. The wiki also says that if you have disbanded 2 guilds in a week, you must wait 1 week before making a new one. I have never disbanded any of those 2 guilds.

So is it a bug that I can’t create a 3rd guild or every account can only create 2 guilds total at a time?

You know….I just happened to read that in the wiki a few days ago, and I was surprised to see it. I have never heard anywhere, in-game or out, that there was not a limit on how many Guilds you could create.

Actually, I thought it was only one. I’m thinking the wiki is misinformed, or that’s a typo. Two is probably the limit.

Are you currently representing a guild? You have to stand down before you can create a guild.
