Since reset today my guild lost all of its upgrades including a Architecture level 4 upgrade that was in progress (10k guild points). All my guild members are no longer listed. And there is no remaining guild points.
Several times but the stuff isn’t actually lost. Just leave it alone and everything should be back to normal in a couple of hours(or less). I assume this happens when the guild server is overloaded or having some other issues. I haven’t checked if influence earned while in this state is tracked.
The best thing to do here would be to do nothing. The upgrade is still progressing.
Guilds what suffer from this should get free influence from this bug! From last time this did happen there didn’t get influence from that time what guild not worked so I doubt this time it count either! Have this same on my own guild also atm and no have feeling to much play. :/

When this happen it doesn’t necessarily happen for the whole guild. It can look completely fine to some and broken to others.
It looks like our dungeon run did count for the Influence but it was fine for at least one person in the party and although it was otherwise completely broken for me I still saw the build queue.
True but events wont count still from person who have guild bugged so still guilds losing influence while bugs around and already reported this. I have 2 accounts in on my own guild where my other account only present there to get influence atm, so losing influence is always againts anet!
