I got to level 80 and finished the final story quest. When I received the guild letter reward, I used it, and nothing happened. My guild did not get the influence. Despite it being consumed, nothing happened. I submitted a ticket, and on the request of my guild (Who were obviously peeved), I posted on here to see if I can get a response regarding this bug.
I have also encountered this issue. I used the letter and it never added any influence to my guild, its not even listed in the history, but the item is completely gone from my inventory. I also submitted a ticket.
