Guild Wars 2

I am the leader of my guild and we only have ‘Guild Stash’ unlocked for the guild bank.
None of my privileges have been changed, but I cannot seem to withdraw any items from the bank, yet the other members of lower rank, can.

They have the same bank privileges as the leader, yet I cannot seem to withdraw anything! please help! :<

have you tried moving to a different city and trying to withdraw things from the bank? just something to try sometimes, but very rarely, I have issues with guild upgrades/bank access/etc in rata sum, but nowhere else, so thought I would make the suggestion.
