I ran 3 guild missions yesterday with my guild but didn’t get any reward chest when I completed my first mission which was bounty, then again no reward when I finished 1 of 5 Trek.

Afterwards while starting 3rd mission of 1 of 15 Trek I got one guild mission completion chest 1 commendation which I assume to be some kind of delayed response for one of the 2 missions I had completed earlier while I was in the process of finding locations.

After completing my 3rd mission successfully I still didn’t get the chest for it as well. I made 3 bug reports immediately after each of the missions failed to give me rewards and in the end only received 1 reward chest randomly in middle of 3rd mission. Please have a look at my support tickets made in game for exact timing of missions run.

For missions Participation, I did more then enough damage to bounty target as I was there from start, clicked more then one guild locations during each trek in both missions, no one else was even around to get that particular location counted only by my clicking it.

Please fix my Guild mission reward chests as per expected game operation.

If you are the only one in the guild not getting rewards, you should contact create a support ticket and work with Customer Service to resolve it. The forums are good for discussing issues, getting help from players, and so on; to get help from ANet, you’ll need to work via the ticket system.

My guild has a similar problem. For some of us, the guild mission panel shows that we’ve already had the trek reward this week, despite not having done any guild missions since last Sunday.

Edit: Never mind, worked out why – we’ve done some PvP missionss with a different guild this week, and they’re in the same slots as the treks.
