Guild Wars 2

Can’t represent or post message of the day in my own created guild. Tried to inv someone but option was not there.

Have the same bug, can’t represent any guild atm. Can stand down but not represent

From reading other topics about similar issues they mentioned that you can represent in home instances. I went to the charr one in Black Citadel and now i can use the guild panel again and represent.
