Guild Wars 2

I deposited 29 gold in the guild stash, and it appeared and disappeared in there for a while (it wasn’t the other guild leaders withdrawing it), and eventually one of them was able to withdraw it (approx. 10 mins later). He then deposited it again, and it started appearing and disappearing again. None of us were able to withdraw it and it eventually just disappeared. I contacted support to get them to help and they did nothing at all. Can I ever expect my money back?

It would be nice if they could run a trace on it for you. My best guess would be some sorta of syncing issue or one of your other leaders took it.

I know both of the other leaders well enough to trust them when they say they didn’t take it. It’s just quite demotivating when everything I’d saved up gets eaten by a glitch. Very close to giving up with the game to be perfectly honest if all my work can be destroyed by glitches, and they won’t fix it.

This doesn’t necessarily solve your problem, but you could also check the guild log to verify 100% that no one took it out.

Log glitched too, it shows neither attempts to deposit it, and only one attempt to withdraw it.
