Guild Poor Impulse Control [PIC] on Fort Aspenwood when talking to both Guild Bank NPC and Guild Registrar show that our guild bank is unavailable.

Guild Bank NPC Bradd reports: “You guild hasn’t built any sort of storage yet. I’m sorry, but there’s nothing I can do for you.”

Confirmed in upgrades panel that we currently do have the Guild Vault purchased and built.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Stand down from guild
2. Represent guild
3. Talk to guild bank NPC

Same exact issue for me. Guild: Push To Talk on Jade Quarry.

Most guild features right now are not working ~ our build queue is missing, no access to guild bank etc..unable to add new items to build queue.
