Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure if anyone else is getting this or if it’s unique to certain ip’s or countries of what, but I keep having an issue where the process of trying to download a new patch is enough to crash the client, I’ve noticed a pattern where all other ongoing operations, say, google chrome or skype, tend to slow down considerably.

I’ve had similar issues in the past with Wildstar’s client, neglecting to download any new patches whatsoever without reinstalling the game, and I’m hoping Gw2’s client can be fixed before it falls for the same problem.

Same problem for me; I’m in Europe. It started with the September feature patch, and I had to reinstall completely. No problems again until now.
Really really hoping I don’t have to reinstall the game every time there is a major patch! That would probably be the last straw for me with gw2.
