Guild Wars 2

I’ve been a long time player of the original guild wars. I recently started playing gw2 but my Gwamm(God walking amongst mere mortals) title does not appear on any of my gw2 characters. I attached a screenshot of it. As you can see, every other title was transferred over successfully with that one exception being the gwamm title.

According to gw2 wiki quote, “After linking your Guild Wars accounts, the God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals sometimes fails to show as an option from the title drop down. You can fix this by closing Guild Wars 2, launching Guild Wars 1, and then selecting a character that has the GWAMM title. Close the program and restart Guild Wars 2.”

I have tried this method several times, have uninstalled and reinstall, tried switching to every character in both gw1 and 2 and turning on/off the titles but it still does not work. I have submitted a support ticket a week ago but they could not solve the problem.

If anybody knows another method to fix this then please met me know.
