Guild Wars 2

One bug solved another appears. In collection 4 The Catalyst. The Soul battery fragment from countess Anise is supposed to automatically turn into the Energized Soul Battery Fragment. I have all soul energys but the fragment never changed. I am getting the buff from it if i double click it like it was when it was needed.

This has happened before. You should definitely have the item at this stage. Do you remember which risen you killed last? Was your inventory full at the time?

In the mean time, check with Hobbes to see if he’ll recover the item for you; he probably won’t, but it’s worth a try. If that fails, put in a note with Support to get the item, because even if this bug gets fixed there’s no guarantee you’ll get the charged battery as part of the fix.

Last risen was the Knight at Dwayna hero point, it took itself few tries because of downed battle. I dont remember was the inventory full.
Checked in at Hobbs but it only says no items available
