Guild Wars 2

Yesterday i bought the GW2 HOT standard edition and bound it to my account, which should make me able to buy the deluxe edition in game, but because of a bug it says i cant buy the deluxe edition, it says: you have already purchased the maximum number of this item.
Instead i am able to buy the regular deluxe edition, which is already in my possession.

I got GW2 Deluxe and HoT Standard. Store says I already have HoT Deluxe. Weird bug!?

same problem. I got HoT standard edition, but I cannot upgrade to Deluxe, message with " You have already purchased the maximum number of this item"

So much for pre-purchasing.

Same. Have the deluxe gw2, and standard HoT. Can’t buy the HoT deluxe upgrade because it says I have already purchased the maximum number of this item.
