I logged in today and notice some strange long loading.

After that when I got into the game I suddenly got a mail syaing all my hall of Monument achievements have been revoked because the system could not read the information.

has this happen to anyone else?

I really they fix this Hall of Monument rewards issue.

This happens whenever GW2 can’t talk to GW1. It will resolve itself or you can connect to GW1 manually with your linked account, and enter the game with any character; that should take care of it more quickly.

Your titles and AP aren’t “lost”, just AFK.
