A bug gave HoM rewards to players that had not achieved them. A fix is being tested, and will be released some time in the future.

A Google search will garner the several Dev responses on this issue.

They said they were close 29 days ago. I think a month before that they said the same thing.

I really hope they fix this in time for Heart of Thorns! By the way, is it worth gathering Hall of Monument points now? I want to get two points so that I can get shoulders and gloves for the Heritage armor set, but I don’t want to get involved in the 39-points-and-title mess.

You get 3 points just for linking GW1 and GW2. No need to do more if all you want is the first 3 item/rewards.

It has been months without a fix, I would love it if they just skipped the whole Kimmes the Historian thing and made it so that anyone who has 30HOM natively would just get an unlock achievement chest or something that gave you all skins so you could actually access them.

I mean once you get the items into your inventory there’s no point in accessing the NPC anymore, so tying the acquisition to a physical location is alright, but not worth denying thousands of players a dozen+ skins they already should have unlocked.

yeah but that only counts for the skins and mini’s
but what about the pets for rangers ?
