Guild Wars 2

So, i remembered yesterday that there was a thing like the “hall of monuments”, and that i still didn’t received the rewards for linking my accounts (that are corectly linked since teh day after the release, i double checked).

While the ammount of points i got may not be amazing, i’d like to get the rewards anyway.

Anyone knows if there’s a fix, or i should directly go to the support?

I would suggest going directly to support. This is a personal account issue.

yeah it doesn’t work, tried a 1000 times, even messaged support, after awhile you get a support message telling you to verify everything in regards to your guild-wars 1 and 2 account. it’s a horrible circle you face ahead to get it to work, so have patients, which i lost. after getting my third support ticket to verify again from some other support staff person working at arenanet.

To acces to Hall of monument you need GW1 account with Prophecies/Faction/Nighfall and EotN.

I will personally help you all to get your rewards if your accounts are correctly linked.

How to get Hall of Monuments Portal Stone
• All newly created characters will start with one of these in their inventory, as long as the account meets the linkage requirements. (Sometimes doesn’t happen.)
• NPC “Scornheart” at “Hooligan’s Route” in “Lion’s Arch” can create a new one (for free), if for some reason you did not get it originally. When you interact with the NPC, he has a 2nd Vendor Tab (on the leftside) that contains the Portal Stone.

@Syberius – I got a GW1 account with prophecies, faction, nightfall AND eye of the north, linked with my GW2 account.
The problem is that even though its linked with my GW2 account, it don’t shows corectly the fact its linked. Got no achivement related to my 16 (or so) points, nor the stone, nor the items.

@Necrid, thanks, i’ll go check in the hall itself if i can do something from there. If not i’ll send (another) ticket to the support.

If i remember correctly from topics about this issue shortly after release of GW2, after linking GW1 and GW2 account, logging into yer linked GW1 account was also a possible solution.

yeah, loggin in to you gw1 account and visiting the hall of monuments there, or changing a title, should show you points. then re-log into gw2.

I had to do that to get the GWAMM to display and I know other people who had to do it to complete the linkage for HoM rewards.
