Hall of Monuments Rewards and pets Disabled
You might consider reading the Patch Notes from each release, as they often address these kinds of issues.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed client crashes.
Fixed a client crash that occurred when attempting to enter the Hall of Monuments. Hall of Monuments rewards are temporarily disabled.
