Guild Wars 2

It appears that after the wardrobe change some time ago (only recently resumed playing after a long break), my character is unable to access all eligeable Hall of Monuments rewards. According to the HoM calculator, my character (Miss Onisuzume) should have access to rewards up to rank 17. However, I only seem to have the following rewards:
*Traveller, Guild Warrior, Rift Warden titles.
*Heritage Warboots, Legplates, Gauntlets, Pauldrons, Warhelm
*Fiery Dragon Sword
*Orange Tabby Cat

With the remaining rewards missing or unavailable for the profession (warrior).
I also lack some rewards on my other characters, such as the Black Moa for my Ranger and the pistol skin for my Thief.

So, what can I do to solve this problem?

have you been to the hall of monuments and spoken to Kimmes the Historian to collect/unlock your other skins? have you been to hall of monuments to tame the Black Moa?

edit: if you haven’t got one, you will need a portal stone to get to Hall of Monuments (just in case you deleted yours, I know I have many times before). it’s explained how to get one here:

I tried talking to him before, but he gave me that speech about it being unavailable.
Guess I’ll just have to try again.

it was unavailable for a time, but it is now enabled, so you shouldn’t have a problem unlocking
