Hall of Monuments transmutation not working
Take off the item you want to use transmutation on (as in it must be unequipped).

It worked with equipped items earlier.
Yes it did. They changed it in the last update. Why, I don’t realy know. It was easier/quicker to do it whenever (i.e: equipped) then now.
They should probly make it a bit more obvious then just closing the windows when the transmutation fails. “Xxxxxx must be unequipped to transmute” or something would help people, and probly relieve tech crew of a flood of bug reports regarding the mather.
I came here looking for a solution to this, so thanks for that!
As an aside – ANet, I an error message as stated above. Oh, and some obvious way to get to the forums from the GW2 site. When a customer has to Google to get to something that should be featured prominently on your site, it isn’t good site planning
