Guild Wars 2

I been waiting to see if the problem will be fixed these last few days but nothing got fixed. After the horns were taken down to be fixed I never got mine back and every time I click to try and get them they never show up in my mail and I dont have them on any of my characters. I would like to have them before they go away

I am experiencing the same problem. I can actually “purchase” Devil Horns, and they show up under Recent Purchases. However, that’s it. I don’t get a message of purchase or anything else.
