While doing Ascalon Catacombs on my warrior me and another guild-mate noticed that our hammer skills were either “missing” or being “evaded” my monsters/ghosts in the dungeon. I know that some of the Gravelings/skelks go underground and that makes them evade attacks but this happened with ghosts, oozes, pretty much everything that just stood still.
This seemed relevant as when I used my mace/shield none of my attacks were missing or being evaded. I can only hope that the mesmer spear bug (attacks missing 100% of the time) I read has not “spread” to other weapons or classes.
