Harathi Hinderlands/Ulgoth Event Bug

that server has been stuck for a few days already
The event is still bugged it wont start
The Ulgoth event started a while ago but it never came to pass and the Harathi Hinderlands event “Seraph’s Assault on Centaur Camp” is stuck with “Seraph’s digging in the Forward Camp”. Not sure if this is a bug or server issue.
